Very yellow in color, earthy aromas, some creaminess and earthy tastes. Can get the walnuts, enjoyed very much with pork tenderloin.

Buried Treasure - Wine Society Tasting (Essex County Cricket Club, Chelmsford): Cool apple and vanilla oak nose, perhaps a little too oaky. Clean and crisp on the palate with a slight hint of honey, dies a little on the finish. 79-81.
