Great age, golden color, sweet honey & apricot. Table favorite!

Still in great shape. Deep golden color. Nice delicate sweetness. Went well with stone crabs.
Light colour for age; fresh and delicately sweet nose; juicy palate, elegant sweetness, substantial bitters, lovely fruit; relatively dry finish.
Scary good
Cellaraid - A Night with Chef Kentaro (Shisen Hanten, Mandarin Orchard): clear, deep bronze; clean, medium nose, of honey, toast, apricots, stewed fruits, and cedar oak; sweet, high acid, low tannins, heavy body, with toast, cedar oak, honey, and apricots; long finish; heartwarming!
