  Light gold - clear. Medium beautiful aromas with very slight and pleasant oxidative touch. Medium body with palate of lemon/herbs and high acidity. This is really nice, amazing basic Chablis at 11 yrs old.

  Cellaraid Pop-up @ Artbox Singapore; 4/14/2017-4/23/2017 (Bayfront Event Space, Marina Bay Sands): clear, deep gold; clean, pronounced nose of persimmon, peach, chives; dry, medium acid, low tannins, medium body, peach, orange, chives, honey, medium finish; surprisingly felt more like a Bordeaux

  Popped and poured. Rich yellow colour. Initial taste was austere, dry and thin on the palate. Took about 35 minutes in glass to emerge. Thought it performed more like a sauvignon blanc. Grassy, dry lime. Probably best with roast pork.
