  Fantastic, Creamy mousse, subtle tropical flavors of pineapple and mango. Long finish, brioche fading to a nice mineral note. Best bubbles I had this year, I'm sad I have no more.

  50+5+14+18+8 Beautiful lively pinpoint effervescence and pale gold color. On the nose lightly toasted yeasty biscuits along with some peach. It's creamy with well balanced acidity and full of tart pear, peach, hints of spicy white floral, and a light toast on the palate. A moderate finish that introduces hints of nut and spice finish this beauty. At its absolute prime right now. We paired it with lobster and it was perfect. I have one more bottle, but wish I had a case.
