Bevuto a Cogne, Italy. Appena aperto al naso soli alcool. Al palato chiuso. Dopo 1 ora in decanter, il naso presenta sentori di mandorla e nocciola sempre con alcool molto presente. Al palato è cangiante di minuto in minuto: mentolo, uva spina, cane bagnato, cuoio, legno stagionato. Una bella esperienza.
