  Opened and left to rest. A magnificent bottle and testament to what well made well matured Greek reds can achieve.
  Soft cherries, earthy, secondary wine with a very much singing nose. Soft, silky tannin but very much alive and bang on the money for people like us who love a bit of age in their reds. Superb 92-93
