bu avec un poulet rôti.
bouchon OK. Rouge tuilé.
Premier nez marqué par bois et un peu de bouchon. Disparait à l'aération.
Pas de défaut en bouche, le vin est toujours tenu par une petite trame acide et des tanins agréables. Longueur moyenne, finale relativement fraiche.
Sous-bois, petits fruits rouges confits (fraise, cerise, eau de vie framboise), un peu de torréfaction.
Digeste, facile, mais sans doute un peu sur la descente.
