Everything you could want in a ZIN; this wine has color, body, aromas, and most of all loads of flavor. Filled with big dark berries, black licorice, and a nice touch of spice.

"Jammy." That would be the first thing to come into your mind when tasting the Macchia "Mischievous". It's big, in-your-face, and sure: an alcohol bomb (well, mostly). Very fruit-forward with loads & loads of black fruit & bramble berries. Some spiciness on the back end. Had it with pizza. Zins usually work well with pizza but this one would have been more at home with barbecue. We saved most of the bottle for after dinner.

Big, Bold, Fruity, Jammy. This is Zin at it's most vibrant. Not shy, no subtleties, just jammin in your mouth spice and fruit with some heat. This wine was absolutely fantastic with some spicy, smoked BBQ baby Back ribs.

I'm drinking too much Zin, but at $16 this is an awesome satisfying Zin. Had with Peruvian food- Saltados! Went very well together!
