My last bottle I believe. Again a light to medium golden color in the glass and a fully mature Meursault without oxidization, but at the end of its peak drinking window for sure. Tough to know for sure but in my eyes too advanced for a 100% correct bottle of a top Meursault at merely age 16, even if was a notch fresher than the 07 Bertagna CC the day before. NR

Two weeks after my last bottle. While this is a nice nutty Meursault it is again fairly advanced for its age, and for my taste needs to be drunk asap. Have two more bottles in the same case and hope to find a fresher one...

5 years since my last bottle. Quickly whiffed the cork upon extraction and does not seem premoxed. In the glass this is however a light to medium golden yellow. On the palate also very mature and nutty with rich yellow fruit, chalk, a touch of caramel. There is acidity giving it some freshness but overall tired and clearly past peak. Still fine to drink but on its last leg. Bouchard usually produces a top Genevrieres so would consider this a flawed, advanced bottle, and hope for my remaining two bottles to show better (soon).

Another advanced bottle. Drinkable and not yet oxidative but much more developed than you would hope for a top 2007 Meursault
