First time trying Perrières, Coche never disappoints! Opened at 4:30PM and drinking the last drop through midnight, this wine just keeps evolving. First glass 2 hours after open, the nose was quite expressive, dominated by the signature reduction and warm baking spices, but on the palate still tight, the acidity and concentration just fills your mouth. After some decanting shows the fruit, initially more green apple but much later in the night shows a touch of mango and pineapple. Insane length throughout

Perfume with some eucalyptus, butter, oak, vanilla. Precised, and structured. Well balance and perfect
