BYO Dinner (Tocqueville): incredible nose, extremely fresh, only somewhat reductive, soldering smoke, white rubber, sulphur, creamy honeysuckle, beeswax, some buttermilk, fair bit of smoke, amazingly expressive and complex. Age shows on the palate though depth and density, great development but with acid to support it. Cool stoney salty notes. Hallmark Coche signature here. Really special drinking.
