With Trotter's Cilantro crusted tuna and bok choy this was good fruity match. Not much of a finish, the fruit was all forward and very ripe. The color was light pale and the body light to medium. Not complex or rich enough to justify more purchases.

Working in Salem: Heavy honey suckle nose that leads you to expect Dolly Parton style Viognier. Bit of cardboard as well. Slightly sweet with residual sugar on the palate. Probably might please a crowd.

Memorial Day weekend in Willamette; 5/30/2004-5/31/2004 (Willamette Valley OR): Tasting at winery. Lush fruit on the palate, slightly less ripeness showing through on the nose. Moderate fruit and length, thankfully this doesn't show the heat too often dominating the finish of US Viognier.
