- Medium forming legs. It's balanced with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Deep dark opaque purple core with a slight fade to rule rim. Leather, currant, cherry, vanilla ans oak on the nose. Full mouthfeel with nice balanced tannins. Blackberry, plum with a touch of spice and smokey notes. Long smooth finish.

An interesting wine. 100% Petite Verdot, aged in 100% French Oak, 15% of which was new. The nose is mostly about dark chocolate and black fruit. The palate is concentrated with similar flavors. Slightly cottony tannins in places and a suggestion of dry herbs. Not bad.

Very surprised it still had lots of fruit. Smooth. Lots of color. Quite pleasant.
