  Wow. This wine actually made something out of itself. Dark cherry, cassia, cola, and pu erh tea. Sadly, any complexity is overtaken by strong barrel notes. Finish is a bit medicinal & scorched, but not bad. Would have liked to try this wine without all the makeup & botox.
