  This is a medium bodied CS. Not for those who like full bodied ones! It has pronounced cherry aromas and flavor. There is also some dried fruit flavors. The wine has very few tannins which subtracts from the structure, perhaps due to its age.

  PnVnD let air for 2hrs. Great aroma right from opening. Nice ripe cab without any green notes but not jammy. Well integrated oak with elegant cassis and red fruit flavours. Went very well with grilled bacon cheddar bison burgers.
