  • Bright pale straw, subtle aroma of yellow fruits, lime, mineral and hints of smoke.
It has a mineral driven palate, along with citrus fruits and just a hints of sweetness with lovely acidity, balance and intense. Surprisingly long finish.

  • At Midsummer House restaurant, Cambridge. Served with Sauteed Scallop, with Apple, truffle and celeriac. No formal note. Lovely intense, appley and citrus nose, floral notes. Light/moderate body, refreshing crisp acidity, slightly off-dry with crisp apple and floral notes, and a lingering finish. Very good indeed and an excellent match for the dish.. ***1/2.
