Surprised that no one posted a note for few years. I guess preference is to drink them young. Still pale yellow color but the pronounced waxiness on the nose gives a hint that wine has been aged few years. No sweetness - very dry with lemon, lemon peel, lemongrass and more of the beeswax on the palate, good acidic uplift. Leaves persistent lemon aftertaste in you mouth with tiny bit of bitterness. Exceeded expectations.

On the floral side. Quince, orange blossom, and green apple on the nose and palate. Steely acidity from front to back palate. Slightly herbal, fennel seed and grass on the mid palate. Good salad wine.
