  • Crisp, light withg citrus fruit. Paired well with musina and mejillones. Cost 8 euros in a Spanish restaurant and probably about 3-4 in a store. Great buy

  • Pleasant sipper that features flavors of citrus and apple with a nice nose of honeydew melon. No oak to speak of, not great depth, but good acid and made it pair well with Chicken Picata.

  • blind tasted ... (total disclosure, saw the cork and only knew it was spanish..." lemon colored with golden highligts, small wwm nose: med+ intensity, aromatic, golden flowers such as the middle of a large sunflower, astringent bitter taste (pleasant) like that of an artichoke, a bit bitter, like quinine palate: dry, acid med, tannin low (from some oak or grape seeds or skins) body med, alc est 13.5 reality 12.5, length med+ and finish tangym butterm artichokes ... pair iwth: paella, roasted whole white fish, vegetarian cuisine (if savory and/or spicy) flav intensity : med+ flavs bitter artichokes (pleasant) and gold flowers my guesses: southern spain because the region seemed warm, nothing north east or west, first guess toto if verdejo (aromatic) but it did not fit sweet verdejo profile. I thought central spain rather than this murcia region, and i guessed the grape was malvasia.
