  Plutôt fermé au niveau olfactif, une demie-heure en carafe l'a considérablement ouvert. Salade de fruit au nez, mangue et ananas, mais le nez dans l'ensemble est assez discret. Belle présence en bouche, bel équilibre et harmonie.

  More citrussy and developed honeyed notes than in the previous bottle. Far more of the orange marmalade coming through. Still retaining just about enough fresh acidity to maintain a nice balance, but feel its going over the edge right now.

  Floral nose, hints of peach with white and orange fruits. A medium bodied sweet and citrus palate, which is less concentrated than a sauternes, however still delivers that attractive acid/sweet balance. Not mind blowing nor huge on complexity, but good value and maybe a steadfast way to introduce 'unbelievers' to the sweet side.

  Floral nose with notes of citrus. Quite delicate and not too cloying, but good enough depth of fruit. Like a reduced sugar orange marmalade. Drizzle of honey. Well made and lovely with a tarte aux pommes.

  Beau nez aimable de mangue. Bouche aux saveurs de fruits tropicaux, au moelleux modéré et soutenu par une bonne acidité qui lui confère une belle fraîcheur. Le coup de coeur unanime de la soirée. Se prendrait bien avec une salade de fruits, une tarte aux fruits frais ou seul en milieu de soirée ou après un brunch en été.
