  • Nicely aged Pinot Gris. Stray yellow color, peach and melon in the nose. On the palate a very nice acidity that holds together the sweetness and the fruit. Orange peel, apricot, peach and in the finish some lemongrass. Fine viscosity. A wine for cheese or just drinking it without food. Drink well now or could be hold in some 5- years more I think. I have one bottle left, will try to keep it for some years to see if there will be further development. 91-92P
