  I decanted the wine for 1.5 hours before I poured it back into the bottle and consumed it over four evenings (vacuum-pumped). The long cork was in perfect shape. The wine was very floral on the nose, with bell pepper, good fruit, cedar, and hints of vanilla and liquorice. On the palate, the wine was floral, with grape juice flavours, and acted very Bordeaux-like (like an imaginary Haut-Médoc/Côtes de Francs blend).
  
  The wine was slightly better on days one and two than on days three and four. I liked the wine. My only concern is that at EUR 35 you get the sensation of a good cru bourgeois at a price of a classified third, fourth or fifth growth. (87+ points)
