Served slightly below cellar temperature. Nose of Ginger Gold apple, pear, carmel, baking spice and lemon zest. On the palate, notes of apple, pear, lemon, and carmel cream lead to a long, crisp finish. Balanced acidity. Paired with lobster.

Very full French oak and American oak flavors, mid level fruit, dry oaky almost cedar like finish. Pretty fabulous.
