Some sepage from cork. Pale color. Nice sweetness with caramel flavors and nutmeg. Tannines were fully integrated. No fruit remaining. Light bodied and medium length.

Weekly tasting group #107; A fully blind test. (@ My place): There was some seepage from the cork, so the bottle needed to be drunk. And it was still lovely. Beautiful and round sweetness, with still the characteristics of a Vintage, but also showing caramel and coffee candy. Silky soft tannin and a very smooth mouth feel. Not extremely intense, but certainly lovely and tempting and with great finesse. A bottle with a good cork can probably last a few more decades.
