  Trata-se de um belíssimo vinho protegido por lacre metálico e uma inusitada rolha sintética completamente negra, sinal que a enóloga não conta com sua evolução na garrafa. Aliás, no contra-rótulo há a referência explícita de que se trata de um vinho para ser apreciado em sua juventude. Entretanto, suporta bem alguns anos de guarda, sem perder parte considerável de suas qualidades.
  
  Sua cor rubi é bastante intensa, brilhante, com uma borda estreita mas bem definida. Suas lágrimas são muitas, rápidas e muito bonitas, formando uma bela cortina na borda do copo. Não mostrou nenhum destaque para os seus 14% de álcool nem nos aromas e nem no sabor.
  Seus aromas são característicos da casta, mostrando com muita tipicidade aqueles de frutas vermelhas e negras, como cerejas e framboesas. O copo vazio sugere sua passagem por madeira, apesar de não haver menção a ela no rótulo. Naquele momento apareceram madeira e fumo, como se fosse uma antiga caixa de charutos.
  Seu sabor é agradável, harmônico, equilibrado, intenso, com boa acidez, permanência longa e muitos taninos, embora bem domados e integrados. Tem ótima estrutura, perfeito para acompanhar refeições condimentadas. Seu final é agradável, sentido principalmente na parte anterior do céu da boca.

  Not feeling the love as others have here...nose is light fruit with some light oak/earth notes. The palate is pretty similar, has some mint/eucalyptus notes on the finish...not bad, but not digging this.
