A bit tired and less sweet than I would have thought. I have had this for a few years, though, so I guess that could be expected. Still, Very Good. thedrunkencyclist.com

Disgorged July 17,2007 This was a subtly beautiful bottle of wine, lovely mousse, depth and minerality with an elegant, understated finish. Worth seeking out.

Gentle yellow color. Nice combination of both tree fruits (pear and peach) and tropical ones (papaya and banana.) Lots of creaminess, in both texture and taste, as well as a nice dash of sweet honey. Overall an excellent wine, despite the tacky label.

Round, with fine apple fruit, toasty, good acidity with a little extre sugar to add body and weight. Very nice!
