Bright lemon with green hues. Persistent perlage. The nose is somewhat muted, but the palate is quite youthful and vibrant. Pear, lemon, white peach, with a little residual sugar playing off the pleasantly bitter almond finish. Very well balanced and drinking very well now, but likely to gain in complexity with a couple more years.

Reserved and very soft flowery nose, white gooseberries. Medium low accidity, reserved on the palate. Dalicate. With time menthol and more freshness appears, gets sweeter with time. Quite nice.

Franciacorta Tasting (Napa Valley Wine Academy): My favorite. Fresh brioche. Strong acid. Very nice.
