Whereas the Alsatian pinot blancs I've come across previously have been apple-driven, this one is about mellow cantaloupe, cooked peaches, a kiss of honey, and powdered stone. Odd! Medium bodied, dry (bottle indicates 3.5g of RS, but doesn't taste off-dry), and pleasingly long.
