Tasted for second time this evening. 50+5+12+10+7=84. Reopened bottle after 3 days. Aromas are more developed and tannins are softer. Would purchase again. Aerate and decant first before serving.

Interesting nose of Cranberry, Green vegetables, dried flowers and a hint of skunk. Cherry fruit with licorice and earthy minerals. Cranberry on the finish with bitter tannin. I could have mistaken this for a modern sangiovese from Italy.

A well done California Sangiovese. Scores well on fruity aroma. Tastes doesn't live up to a good Italian Chianti. Does finish with strong tannins.
