taste: solid medium feel with nice tones of red fruits, red cherries, herbs, and a touch of florals. Well balanced, but the tones seem more surface then having real depth
overall: a decent wine. Solid and somewhat simple on the depth. This would probably be a good food wine, but not much more

Smooth, fresh chinon with much more fruit than bell pepper going on. A satisfying weekday wine that actually paired pretty well with corned beef on St. Paddy's Day. Good value at $14.

Loire Valley Wine Commission (The W Hotel, Chicago IL): nose: nice and fruity nose of red fruits, red currants, and red cherries with a touch of herbs. A bit simple and lacking depth
