  Had this Chilean Brut for brunch several times in Aruba and Curacao at the Renaissance Hotel. Decent sparkling wine, maybe a bit bitter. Not as good as most champagnes, cremants and Sekt I had so far...

  shared this bottle with pat at the reef resort, grand cayman island. this bottle was a gift from peter and nicole, our new friends from staten island whom we met at the reef. the wine had nice bubbles. it was refreshing. but it had a bit of a muskiness that hid the fruit. went nicely with new zealand cheddar.
