  Ruby red, with purple rim; lightly sparkling at the beginning; Crystalline and med. consistent.
  Med. intensity at nose, complex and med. fine; FRUITY (strawberry), maybe some Sulphur (???)
  Dry, med. alcoholic (13%) and med. rounded. Good acidity, med. tannins and med. minerals.
  Intense, med. persistent and fine. Equilibrated and med. Armonic.
  Barbera 20%; Croatina 60%, Uva rara 20%.
  
  Quite a bit of a delusion; in 2004 this was elected best italian sparkling red wine...
  This vintage show non body, LOW FRUIT...a bit better the second day opened.
