I've decided not to give points to this wine, a kind of Sheakspearean drama, nearly too much of everything and consequently the balance was lost. Too ripe, slightly oxidized, a big body, quite dramatic. I'm not sure, but I think I still have a bottle to retaste.

To be punctual: Les truffières; precisely made, everything is in balance, refined, very good citrus/acidity. The bouquet is subtle, there is a medium body (don't make a puligny to heavy), but the real power is in the backbone. At the end a touch of almond keeps the mouth fresh, the aftertast is airy; lovely wine now and the following two years.

One or two years before this wine will completely blossom you still notice a somewhat closed core. If the citrus ripens further this wine will become a copybook puligny with a perfect almond touch; now already 92 points.

See my previous notes and I add to these notes that the wine showed more development than the previous bottles. Lovely, pure, elegant. I still have some bottes!

What a blockbuster. Overwhelming Almond and tropical fruit with touch of sweetness and backbone by good acids. Mouth filling, long lasting.
