Purchased at Lavanda restaurant and drank with braised lamb shank (me) and seafood medley (Christie). Just went really well with the food. Earthy, forest floor, minerally aromas mixed with ripe red cherries and strawberries. Palate follows with nice acidity, medium bodied with a moderate finish of more earth, minerals and herbs. A bit hollow in the mid-palate but still went really well with dinner.

The grapes for the “tradition” wine come from a mixture of new and old vines. The nose is heavy with raspberry fruit and some bubblegum. Very good, fresh, light palate. This has a really nice character.
