Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Opened for Aude Bday. Bought it at the domain in 2010 so it was nice to have it with quite some age.
50% Chard, 30% Meunier, 20% Pinot Noir (roughly) with up to 48 months on the lees.
Golden color. Intense and evolved nose. Lots of honey, spices. Peaty and savory at the same time. Some oxidation notes as well.
Similar profile on the palate. Rich but lively.
    Very good.
