Last bottle I opened couple years ago was a little funky but extremely decent. This bottle upon opening all around beautiful, solid and refined. Looks like variation in bottles. Beautiful nose and palette, nice char. Drinking very well. Little high acidity.
Wow, it’s so pretty, clear red… then funky Brett comes and never blows off. Horrible really. It was saved by tremendous, tremendous Drouhin Clos Saint Denis!!!!

Some spice and decay. At a good spot, and on the decline. Been open for three to four nights. Plenty of time to open up. *Fruit is becoming more ascendant, decay going in the background. *7th night. Hints of cherries and light allspice. Decay in the background.

took to Oceanside and drank over two nights... very '07 and very Vosne Romanee... med to light red color, med to dark red fruit, on the primary side but with some light elements beyond the fruit, lovely acidity / mouthfeel... drinking the '07's these days is almost never a bad idea and this is no exception... very nice easy going wine with modest oomph

Wonderfully expressive and complex nose of strawberries, spices, wood, and barnyard notes. Sleek and fresh, good sappy juice, very refined and elegant. A beautiful wine, drinking exquisitely right now.
