  • Tuesday, May 30, 2000 A wonderful chard without unnecessary oak. Good clear , straw golden-yellow with a nose of apple, pineapple and citrus which follow thru on the palatte. Long elegant finish with plenty of punch. Enjoyed with roasted chicken mustard and thyme with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy followed by creme brulee. 6/3/00.
