Served over lunch during an event of the Confrerie des Chevaliers de tastevin. Nose of rose petals, red fruit. Balanced on the palate, medium-light, good aromatic presence. A nice mid level Burg.

I am allergic to Aspirin, I drunk this bottle last night and it nearly killed me, because I have a bad allergy attack! I'm just wondering what they put in the wine !
Colour - Burgundy red, closer to red. Fairly transparent, not much gradation. Nose - Not much. Abit of strawberry, cherry. Palette - Sour cherry, some blackcurrent, tannic. Not a delicate burgundy. Not refined. Medium light body. No pinot fruit, no delicacy. Just not a good wine. 85 at best, maybe less. Clive Coats book does not review Remoissent well. I should have listened.

Colour is full red with very good clarity. Nose is somewhat muted but comes across ripe and with subtle candied fruit notes. Palate is well-balanced with no hard edges, adequate acidity and some tannin on the finish. This is a classy wine that will certainly benefit from further cellaring but shows pretty well now.
