Light red. Herbs and light, dusty red fruit. Very much like a bottle 4 months ago. If only other 2007 Burgundy had this much sap. Excellent last bottle. Goodbye to an outperforming old friend.

Garnet. Faded red fruit and a touch of herbs. Light weight. Soft, autumnal, earthy strawberry and red cherry. Of course not as vibrant as it was to start, but maturing very gracefully and in impressive form overall. I will drink my one remaining bottle soon though.

Cloudy red. Tangy strawberry and raspberry fruit. Still plenty of ripe tasty fruit, and the acidity is still bright. This hasn't moved much last tasting several years ago. Good now, but will hold for a while in my estimation.

Very ripe, blackfruity, slightly raisined nose. The overripeness to the fruit tone carries through to the palate, which is totally resolved, short, and slightly volatile. This is one Beaujolais that has not held up.

Dull, slightly cloudy red. Red fruit aromas. Light but wonderful sap. Tart cherry atop a gentle soil base with excellent enlivening acidity. This is how a cru Beaujolais makes relatively old bones.
