The color is golden yellow. This is a mild bouquet. The flavor is intense, very fruity but dry. It is similar to Alsatian Rieslings. This is a very lovely wine.

Glass: Riedel Vinum Riesling Popped and poured, drunk over 3 days Clear, medium lemon-golden color. Clean, medium- intense fully developed nose with petrol notes, a bit rubber (not really a flaw). Almost no fruit, not very appealing. Dry with medium+ acidity, quite lightweight body with medium- intensity and a medium- finish. Very little fruit, salt and mineral notes, petrol, yellow fruits, some citrus. You can still keep this wine for 2-4 more years, but it won’t improve so drink up.

Nose: I almost get a funky cheese note on the nose. From the smell, I would have never picked this off as Riesling. Taste: There is definitely some effervescence/secondary fermentation on this wine. It has acidity and minerality, but its also a little sour. There is a hint of like a bad/rotten lemon. Long, sour finish.

Clear, simple and smooth. Finish was simple but not sour to me. Nose green apple lemon twist. Not bad, but i'm really not a white wine guy.
