Second virtual right bank Bordeaux tasting (blind). (Skype): Wine 3 of 5. Medium garnet colour, orange brown towards the rim. Expressive nose. Integrated fruit flavors, leather, tobacco, light cedar wood, lovage, spices, light liquorice, and sous-bois notes, with harmonious acidity, fine, partly resolved tannin, and superb length. Good concentration and complexity. Very balanced, integrated, and harmonious. Drinks very well. Equally good and maybe even more harmonious on day two. Still shows great class on day three. The most complete of tonight’s wines. I never had a wine from this Château before, but I liked this Château Saint-André Corbin 1982 quite a bit! At peak, enjoy now.
