A very special wind. Strawberry and other red fruit on the nose. Same on the palate with additions of pepper, oak and an incredibly long taste. Yet, not at all full bodied. Great.

A classy pinot noir, aged well, ripe cherry, raspberry. Hints of star anise and cinnamon.

Gourmet Traveller Wine Pinot Noir Tasting (Establishment restaurant, George Street, Sydney): Nose: Earth, bacon, raspberry/strawberry, slight funk, spice (clove) and perhaps, rose perfume.
Mouth: Raspberry compote fruit that diminishes to leave a gentle fruit on a warm, spiced finish. Medium acid and tannin.
