($30) Dinner with Peter Spann: 64% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Merlot, 4% Syrah, and 3% Petite Sirah. Something like that at least. Spicy cedar and dry cherry nose. Might have guessed this had some Sangiovese from the dry cherry fruit. Smells like it will taste dry. The palate seems more blueberry and raspberry driven with rich fruit and a brown sugar finish. Interesting wine. 14.4%
