(Taltarni Clover Hill Sparkling) Based on the classic Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, this is a high-quality vintage offering. Some oak fermentation, 36 months of lees aging thereafter, and a hint of malolactic result in a richer style, with a toasty, doughy, buttered apple, and chalk finish. More powerful than elegant, with fine balance and deep complexity. 13.0% alcohol. Chilling Out Down Under

A more oxidative style for an Australian sparkling. Got better as it warmed up, with more fruit emerging. Very good.
