  much better than my last bottle. cellar temp, no food. mushroom, dried orange peel, bouillon, soy, sweet jerky, stone, and cherry stems on the nose. subtle hint of evergreen. nicely balanced and medium bodied. blackberry syrup, blood orange, cola, salt, marjoram, and black soil palate. medium finish.

  pretty straight, uninspired mildly aged burgundy. vanilla, rose, and red cherry on the nose. round but flabby on the palate with cherry syrup and strong cola flavors. where is the earth? good enough, but given price and origin, disappointed.
