  Nice light purple-ish red. Grapey aromas with a background of anise and plum. Med body with little in the way of tannins and a strong acidity. Grapey flavors with some cherry and anise followed by the lightest hints of fresh ground black pepper. Not a bad little wine though nothing to write home about.
