  2/20/2009 - Heynetty Does not like this wine:

  A: Pale straw
  N: Low intensity. Butter and a little urea
  P: Full bodied. JTH has butterscotch and a little metal. I get stone fruit and though the alcohol is 13% it feels hot and so it reminds me of peach schnapps. However this has a savory edge. There is a lot of burnt butter and caramel persist. Acidity is sound.
  
  C: out of balance with the alcohol. Burns the throat. Bought this directly at the winery. Very simple. Intensity lacking. QUALITY might be technically GOOD but its awful. The title means 'burnt field'.
