Crisp aromas of lemon and apricot. Lemons, minerals, zippy acid on the palate, lingering lemon/lime finish. Yet another good muscadet at a bargain price.

In the glass this is a light golden yellow with scents of lemon, minerals, and a saline quality that lingers ever so slightly. In the mouth there is brisk acidity followed by flavors of lemons, lime zest, minerals, and a hint of pineapple on the tail end of the medium length finish. This was great with a stuffed chicken I had for dinner, but I believe it would really shine with oysters, scallops, crab, or other shell fish.

Exactly what I want in a Muscadet. Lithe, acid, and salty. Really frackin' good with eggs for dinner.
