Drank by the glass at CUT. Actually quite enjoyed this despite the oak influence being on the heavy side. Tannins were firm but not harsh. Quite voluptuous dark fruit with a creamy texture. Finish was on the shorter side but frankly, this is a very "correct" bordeaux. Not particularly inspiring but no complaints from me! Can probably hold for at least 5 more years.
Dark ruby colour. Big nose of dust, earth, cedar wood, spices, cocoa and licorice, but the palate was quite disappointing. The fruitiness was weak and dominated by oak influence. Young bitter spicy tannin. Over acidic. Medium body. I only liked its blackberry and cherry aftertaste. Still too young to drink but don't think that it will improve much by aging.
