  Color rojo granatoso, ribete rosjo oscuro, capa media-baja y fina lágrima poco tintada. Muy buena intensidad en nariz mostrando un equilibrio en todos sus registros; la fruta madura bien intensa y fresca, los tostados de la barrica que aunque estén bien marcados se muestran amables y bien pulidos, especias dulzonas con canela y vainilla seca, flores y hierbas aromáticas secas, monte bajo húmedo (musgo) y tierra húmeda de fondo. En boca su entrada es magnífica, suave astringencia, buen recorrido con amplitud y con una notable estructura, muy buena acidez, fruta bien madura, sensaciones especiadas bien intensas con pimienta verde y de Sichuán en granos, fruta bien madura sabrosa, un toque de chocolate negro que aporta un toque amargoso y unos taninos firmes, con carácter y cierta potencia, buen volumen, algo carnoso y bien persistente. Final largo, postgusto de fruta madura y retronasal especiado.

  Vin de couleur foncé, brillant aux larmes denses. Au nez plusieurs épices, du fruits noirs. En bouche l'acidité est fraîche, les tanins présents et encore fermes, le tout est corsé. En rétro on retrouve ce côté fruit noir épicé. C'est un vins qui peut encore demeurer en cave au moins 2 ans mais qui ne bénéficiera pas de vieillir plus.

  This has shades of tarragon with mint at the nose. The overall sense is herbal with a thick tannic feel. The alcohol aftertaste is strongish, though the fruit sense is very subtle. The overwhelming sense is a food wine that would pair well with a lamb or other meat dish. Had at Bin604 tasting.
