Dark and red fruits with wood spice aromas. Palate is well balanced. Attack of red fruit that is held in check by the acid and mineral until it fades into a tasty mid. Ripe with nice dark fruit and texture/depth for a village wine. Only flaw is a short finish, will see what it does after it is open for awhile. Very enjoyable, but not a good QPR ... But what Burgundy does?

Some VA? Apart from that, rich and mature nose with oak, spice, red and black fruits. Still some power and drive - ageing well.

Not outstanding and not disappointing. About what I expect given the producer, vintage, level of wine and price point.

Quite enjoyable. Good fruit with cherry being the most pronounced.
